Otterhayes celebrates 25 years

2009 saw the 25th anniversary of the Trust. On the 11th July Otterhayes had a garden party to celebrate. There were canapes and champagne to start followed by local sausages cooked in a wood burning oven served with new potatoes and crushed minted peas. This was followed by homemade miniature tarts and a "cheese" cake. The residents entertained the guests with a dance they had been practising followed by an interpretation of "Romeo and Juliet".
